Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Chicken strips 500 gms
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 2 pinches
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 2 pinches
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 2 pinches
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 2 tbs
-Cream 3 tbs (Optional)
-Oil 2-3 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) strips 1 large
Prepare Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Oil ½ Cup
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Oil 2 tbs
-Til (Sesame seeds) black & white to sprinkle
Assembling:
-Tomato ketchup
-Salad leaf
-Chicken filling
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Mayonnaise

Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In bowl,add chicken,cinnamon powder,coriander powder,cardamom powder,cumin powder,salt, nutmeg powder,red chili powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,lemon juice,mustard paste and cream,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
-In wok,add oil and marinated chicken and mix well.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up.
-Add mushrooms and capsicum,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,sugar,instant yeast,salt and mix well.
-Add oil and mix well.
-Add whisked egg and mix well.
-Gradually add milk,mix well and knead until soft dough is formed.
-Cover and let it rest for 2 hours.
-Knead dough again and divide into two equal portions.
-With the help of the hands,flattened dough in round shape and mark slightly with cutter.
-In egg,add oil and whisk well.
-Brush egg+ oil mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-On baking tray,place butter paper and grease it with oil and put dough in grease baking dish.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
Assembling:
-Cut naan into four pieces,add tomato ketchup,salad leaf,chicken filling,tomato,onion,mayonnaise and cover with top bun & serve.

Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Bowl mein chicken,darchini powder,dhania powder,elaichi powder,zeera powder,namak,jaifil powder,lal mirch powder,kali mirch powder,haldee powder,lemon juice,mustard paste aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karhai mein oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Mushrooms aur shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein maida,cheeni,khameer aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Anda pheet ker dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko dhak ker 2 hours kliya rakh dein.
-Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur do equal portions mein divide ker lein.
-Haathon ki madad sa dough ko flat ker ka round shape mein ker lein aur cutter ki madad sa slightly mark ker lein.
-Anday mein oil dal ker whisk ker lein.
-Anday+oil mixture ko brush ki madad sa laga lein aur til sprinkle ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Baking tray per butter paper rakh ker oil ko brush ker lein aur dough ko grease baking dish per rakh dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Assembling:
-Naan ko four pieces mein cut ker lein,tomato ketchup,salad leaf,chicken filling,tamatar,pyaz aur mayonnaise dal ker upper sa bun rakh ker serve karein.
